Overview of ROHVA’S Position on CPSC’S Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for ROVs
The Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle Association (ROHVA) believes it is premature for the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to pursue the regulatory approach reflected in the Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) for Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles (ROVs), including the development of mandatory standards incorporating the proposed criteria for stability, occupant protection and retention, and steering characteristics.
